Ashley Bullard is the Creative Director at LBIC. She is an entrepreneur and knows first-hand the value of streamlined operations to achieve financial and career goals. Her professional experience encompasses over 14 years in sales and marketing. She has been employed at large and small for-profit institutions, developing leadership and management skills in roles such as Product Service Manager and Assistant Store Manager that gives her a unique ability to effectively manage a broad range of operational and strategic issues. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Maryland University College where she majored in Business Administration and minored in Marketing.
As Creative Director, Ashley is a strong conceptual thinker and a multidisciplinary visual designer, with proven leadership abilities and an eye for innovation. She has extensive understanding of marketing and brand objectives, meeting consumer needs, and knows the value of effective communication. Her leadership experience includes synchronizing the efforts of major initiatives involving multiple departments and groups, as well as, orienting, training, and coaching employees. Since 2015, she has followed her passion for the art of business and has provided back of house solutions to generate amazing results for local entrepreneurs, musicians, and artists. Her expertise revolves in the world of interactive design, UX, social media, brand identity design, content creation and print collateral. She hopes to combine her knowledge and experience in these areas, to deliver the best design to clients and their audience.
As Project Manager, Ashley is analytical, insightful, and a highly disciplined problem solver with a proven history of success supervising, planning and managing multifaceted projects. She maximizes productivity by setting clear expectations and proactively communicating project statuses, issues, and risks. She achieves operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans; and implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. She is a master at applying big business organizational principles and methodologies to startups and small companies, exceeding their expectations by delivering on time and within budget. To her clients, she is more than a consultant; she is an advisor, a mentor, and a friend.
